You can't let too many players in the Ring Of Honor but I do agree that Harvey Martin and Drew Pearson deserve to be in the ROH and Hall Of Fame both are members of the 70's All Decade Team! Too Tall, Woodson, Bates, Tuinei and Newton all spent more than 12 years with the Cowboys and deserve to be in the ROH. Of this bunch Woodson and Newton also deserve to be in the HOF because in the 90's they were the best players at their position.

Should be in:
Drew Pearson
Cornell Green
Darren Woodson
Ed Jones
Harvey Martin
Charlie Waters
Jay Novacek
Jimmy Johnson
Consider:
Daryl Johnston
Nate Newton
Mark Tuinei
Erik Williams
Mark Stepnoski
They were the core group that opened holes for the NFL’s all-time leading rusher. Some formal recognition is deserved.
Very good list, but I don't personally agree with Stepnoski because he left via free agency in the prime of his career and at the height of the Cowboys' run as a dynasty. Others in the Ring of Honor who played for other teams came to Dallas very early in their careers (Howley) or left near the end of their careers (Dorsett, Emmitt).
Not many others come to mind. Tony Hill is one who is underrated and very often overlooked, given that he was a three-time Pro Bowler and led the team in receiving eight straight years. It will never happen, of course, but I also wish that Danny White could be remembered in a better light. He was basically in the same position as Steve Young and accomplished everything that Young did, except for that one Super Bowl title.
Larry Allen will eventually make it when he is eligible, of course, which adds to the linemen.
Wow. That's the first time I've ever heard Danny White compared to Steve Young. Probably because it doesn't make any sense. Steve Young was the "Peyton Manning" of the nineties. And one of the greatest running QBs ever. From 1991 to 1998, that guy was a nightmare. 2 MVPs. Like 6 or seven straight passing titles. and the greatest performance I've ever watched by a Superbowl MVP.
Danny White was never on that level. Well, maybe at night, in his dreams.
Aikman's gonna throw, deep slant. Caught, 35. HARPER'S BREAK'N AWAAAYYY! HARPER'S GOT MIDFIELD! HARPER'S GOT THE 40, HARPER'S GOT THE 30, HARPER'S GOT THE 20, HARPER'S GOT THE 10.......
The sound of a dynasty beginning.

And Young would have won more Super Bowls if not for a totally dominant Dallas team. Before you start using the rings on a man's finger to evaluate his talent, you must first ask how he got them and how much talent was around him along w/ a myriad of other questions.
Young was top 20 all time. White was a decent QB.
OK, Ellis is a bit above average.

In all serious about Crazy Ray, they should have some type of statue or something to commemorate his legacy at the new stadium. that would be a pitiful shame if they did not.
