I don't quite understand why NFL Teams are not lining up to hire this guy as an OC or HC.

His offenses had amazing success in the NFL until defenders starts mauling WRs then blitzing the bejebus out of the QB.

Of course, the old rememdies for beating the R&S offense have been removed from the game.  You can't make contact with a WR past 5 yards and QBs are ultra protected.   The only serious issue left with the R&S offense is bad weather.

With the success that teams have had this season with spreading the field, you would think that one of the most innovative offensive minds in the last 30 years, would be getting some sniffs from the NFL.

 If we were to lose Sparano and Garrett, I would be 100% for June Jones taking over the Dallas offense.

Who better to run a passing team than a man whose WRs and QBs always put up ungodly stats.  If June Jones could integrate a power offense to mix up, much the way NE does it now with their version of the Spread Offense that can shrink inward and gain in size to produce a power run game, then I think there would be no limits to what he could accomplish in the NFL - again.
