Yeah because he doesn't watch as much game film as we do.  His word means more to me than anyone on these blogs.  His word means more to me than anyone who thinks we should ingnore glaring holes in our secondary and swap away all our picks on the next best thing.  McFadden doesn't get us to the SB defense will.  And players like AP come along once in a blue moon and to say there will be 2 comeing out back to back is unbelievable.  No player is worth what people say we need to give up for McFadden.  An estimated 35 million garaunteed, for the # 1 overall pick, no running back is worth that.  Because it's like Parcells says one play and he could be gone see LT in the playoffs.  But we shouldn't listen to guys who know more about the game than we do.  We should just watch highlights, which always show the good plays, and think we know more than everyone else.

So, by that thought nobody should ever draft anybody for the 1st pick.

QB:   Jason Campbell one play, gone. 
WR:  TO - one play gone
TE:   Shockey - one play, gone

This can be done for every position.  Somebody has to pick first.  We don't NEED to pick first to land McFadden.  We will NEED to pick in the top 3-4 to get him though, regardless of what Maylock thinks.

I don't care if we do get mcfadden.  He won't get us to the SB if we can't stop anybody.  And rbs get hit every play.
