HAHA X, I SAVED IT!!!!!! I AM THE LUCKIEST MAN ALIVE!

That's 12 TDs, but I guess those don't count when your trying to twist the truth. 974 yards on 204 carries........ that's a great season. Clear enough? You seem to exclude the fact that he did it on limited carries and on a team that leans toward the pass. It appears the popular opinion of the fans, coaches and media also believe he had a great year, but maybe they turned a blind eye to the truth as well. I'm sure since Jones has never been to the Probowl, you'll say it's a popularity contest. To each his own.

Jones has had a down career with a few teases scattered throughout. Our coaches can't call it like they see it because Jones is still on the team, but other coaches have. Several including Mike Ditka have said he's one of the top three backs in the league and when's the last time you've heard someone say we need to contain Julius Jones. LOL. Our scouting department is busy scouting collegiate running backs to replace Jones, that should give you a clue as to what our team thinks of him.

I've acknowledged several times that Barber had a bad game in the meaningless finale to the season. He had -6 yards on 6 carries, Jones had 7 yards on 8 carries. BFD, like you put it. Our entire team sucked that day. Is Romo not worthy to carry the team because he had 87 yards and an INT? What about Witten and his 2 catches, does he suck? No, because they have produced all season like Barber. If they played like Jones ran the entire year, you could argue differenty. Nobody shows up for a ton of yards every game on a handfull of carries. It's impossible. You make the most of your carries which Barber has done consistently.

It's funny how you get on here and openly ridicule our best running back with comments like "WHEN Barber has an off year" and "turn a blind eye to Barber's sh*tty performances" or my personal favorite claiming your going to chuckle when Barber fails, and then you try and sweeten it up with " I am also  rooting for Barber". For the record when you say "YOU Barber supporters" it kind of gives away the fact that you don't support him. Stay the course, otherwise it's transparent and makes you look like a bad politician. I want Jones gone, so we can have an explosive one two punch and not a haymaker and a girly slap.

I used to like surprises, then Jerry Jones came along.

The odds that JJ is going to be playing for another team is high and the fact that many of us are not kissing his buttocks is killing some of you.

TS!!!!!! I loved the guy when he got here and thought he was going to light it up. I was wrong. Maybe he can jump start his career elsewhere, but here he stinks.

If my low opinion of JJ has turned many of you off of MBIII, well I'm sorry, but most of the league sees MBIII as a threat. Why can't you guys see him for the threat he is?

Of course you guys keep saying he's not an every down back, but how can we find out if he's not given a chance.

Part of why JJ is not good here is because our O-line is average at best at run blocking. That's is the single reason why MBIII is better. He creates more opportunities with the SAME poor blocking then JJ does.

The facts are clear. Put out all the stats you want. MBIII is better and is staying with this team.

Split it 50/50, go with the hotter hand. I want to see some draws and delays fed to Julius, and I want to see some power runs between BIGG and Gurode with MB3.

Exactly. Look at Rookie Of The Year Adrian Peterson. He had some AWESOME games and a killer average. BUT he had some bad games too. He had a couple in a row where the defense shut him down almost completely, once for a total of 3 YARDS rushing! Doesn't change the fact that he's THE playemaker on that team. Same thing applies to MB3. It's just that Dallas has lots of other playmakers, and therefore the spotlight is often shared (with Romo, Owens, and Witten)

And as someone else mentioned, how can anyone says he's not an every down back, when he hasn't been given the chance? Can we AT LEAST double his carries? Please?

I hate to be a worry wart but...

When Barber gets more of the work load, he usually isn't very successful.

Well if Barber is going to start it will be interesting who will have a better game.  Expecially if they play him as the starter like they did Jones.  I would love to see how it would turn out with Barber getting most of the 1st half carrys, while Jones gets the 2nd half carrys.  Lets see how Barber does running in Jones situation, and vise versa.  I bet Jones is going to have the better game!

Not because Jones is better, because they are changing roles.  Plus I still think the back who gets the most carrys in the 2nd half of the game is going to LOOK better.  Well see, if what I have been saying all year is true or not.  Thats only if they run Barber like they did Jones as the starter.  Other wise its not the same, because their not exactly trading roles.

I dont think he will get more carries.... i think JJ will get more screens and swings...get him in space,MB can carry from anywhere and break it...my only concern is them keying on MB like the do JJ now...then JJ being pissy about not getting the start and not giving it his all...although if he wants a good contract next year from someone and a ring then he will probly go all out to prove points..may be a good move and we have all been pulling for it all year...just wish we would have done it during regular season..as a test run instaed of waiting till it counts...prehaps they will key more on our running game and forget about TO,Glenn,Witten,Crayton and Fasono(the sleeper)on the field at the same time...

What?  He has gotten the overall work load this year, and has been productive.  That makes absolutely no sense.
