I'd say the WR is coming next year either via draft or FA ,  TG will be gone by then and if Hurd &/or Austin don't step up this year one or both may be gone as well ,  Stanback i think has another year to learn before he will be truely scrutinized by the coach's on his progression and ability , Amendola is kind of intriguing , it will be interesting to see what becomes of him this year , reports thus far seem to be fairly good for him and his chances ,  although i can't help but think his future is going to depend alot on what happens with TG......

 I would think JJ is looking toward FA next year to get the WR he and us so desperately want , but then again with JJ who ever really knows what is to be expected....... i doubt he even knows what he is going to do from one day to the next

i thought i heard or read somewhere that R. Williams ( detroit ) is going to be a free agent not positive though.... if not there has to be a decent #2 or 1b out there ,  the bigger question is how much will JJ have to spend to get that player

i hope so ,  but i'd worry about the cap and how much will it affect what he does ,  if he sticks with this years philosophy ,  resign your guys and hit the draft for the need's..... we might not be any better next year then we are right now

Since Margues Colston was slected in the later rounds, and this will be his 3rd year.  I believe he will become a RFA next off-season if a contract extenson isn't worked out.  He'd be tagged with a 1st and a 3rd most likely, but i would give that up for a guy like him.
