Come on! It's the OFF season, so what if he's partying. Bong or no bong. I was more upset with Romo partying DURING the season... well, post season, when that might have affected the result we all know about.  DUH!!! The whole thread is about Leinart and the point is it's not yours, or anybody elses place, to judge the guy on his questionable choices UNTIL he does something illegal. I'm sure you did nothing questionable since you got out of college (or whatever level of education you completed).

Now Leinart is lucky those cops are not going forward with any charges, but if, for example, they pull one of those photographed chicks over for speeding, check their licenses, and find that even ONE of them is under the age of 21? Leinart's celebrity status stems from the very fact that he played college football at USC (which is conveniently located near Hollywood). He didn't earn that status in the NFL. In fact, he has done NOTHING significant in the NFL; every single one of his major accomplishments were made at USC.

Well, if Chris Henry can get a half-season suspension for providing booze to minors, than why shouldn't Leinart? Then again, as I stated earlier, the ages of those women are in question, which is why I'm suspicious of this incident in the first place.
