I honestly dont get the fuss... and the last link posted, which apparently really puts him over the edge?... are you kidding me?.. a couple of blokes, drunk messing about.. what a load of BS.

And show me a link where it says the age of the girls are in question?.. or are people making that up?... and sorry even if they were 18 I certainly wouldnt be morally outraged because you are allowed to drink here at that age. I know about breaking laws.. just saying "morally" I couldnt give a toss.

I hear from the same people complaining about the NFL standing for the no fun league and yet people cant even party in the offseason?.. are you kidding me?.. a couple of bloody pics.. in his own HOME... big deal.

The day and age of technology. It's sad that a grown man cant have a safe social gathering in his home without being looked down upon.

The onlything he did wrong was allow a Hot chick bring a digital camera to the party and take pictures.

Let him live, These guys give hundereds of thousands of dollars to charitable organazations on a constant and you never hear tell of that.

go matt matt it's ya birfday! lol!

If this happened in your country, then it wouldn't be an issue. The thing is, our country (which is where this happened) has the world's highest legal drinking age (21), and I saw the photos; they clearly looked under the age of 21 to me. Now granted, he is innocent until proven guilty by law, but still...one has to question whether those women were under the age of 21 or not when these photos were taken. As I said, if a cop who happened to see these photos pulled over one of those women for speeding and found that she was under the age of 21, then Leinart's in BIG trouble.

I'm fairly certain each and every state's "distribution of alcohol to a minor" laws apply even to the privacy of one's home, and the only people I'm aware of who are exempt from these laws are the parents of the underaged drinker (so long as the underaged drinker in question is not drunk), and the spouse of the underaged drinker (so long as the spouse is legally old enough to drink).

So you mean you looked at the pics and decided some of the girls were clearly under 21?.. and from that assumption you are now morally outraged... you are kidding me arent you?

Ive seen kids in the pub.. thought they looked well and truely old enough and my daughter has told me.. no Dad they are 15... you must have quite the eye ;)

I just went back and had a look at those pics.. simply coz when I first saw the story it was on Fox news.. thought it was a lot of ado about nothing.

You cant be talking about the babes in the hot tub.. coz they arent drinking... wether you think they may have or not makes no diff whatsoever... you cant even see a drink in the background.

So you are talking about the blonde chick with the beer bong.. she's side on and you cant really see her all that well... but you have decided she is clearly under the age of 21??... give me a break mate.. sheesh.

Well, according to further research on this, my suspicions of all of this are allegedly true.

One source I found (which I wish to keep anonymous out of fear of being banned for posting inappropriate links) claims to have confirmed that at least two of the women in question are in fact between the ages of 19 and 20 (including the one pictured with the beer bong). This source even has their names, which I wish to keep anonymous to protect their identities. Now, you can either dismiss this as tabloid BS, or you can take it for what it is.

Personally, I don't buy that tabloid BS, and I would never be surprised if Britney did something wrong (I have always thought she was a drug-addict, anyway). Besides, my primary source of entertainment news is Blabbermouth.net, which is strictly news regarding the metal genre of music.

However, the fact that this could be tabloid BS still does nothing to stop my suspicions of Matt Leinart. I already know enough about him to know that he is untrustworthy when it comes to women. He's a womanizer, just like Tom Brady. Hell, both QBs are shady (Brady even moreso because of Spygate); they're both deadbeat dads, I know they have that much in common.

It's bad enough that he has something in common with Brady. To think that he now has something in common with Chris Henry (who pled guilty to distributing booze to minors last year) is even worse.

and?... are you telling me you never did a bit of that yourself?.. so what.. sheesh if I had a truckload of money at his age I prob would have done a lot of worse things than him.

What I have never gotten is why people think actors, singers, sports people should be some kind of role model?... huh?.. just because they suddenly become famous doesnt make them good people.

If you want to give your kids a good role model.. go look at Stephen Biko or someone like that... you have plenty of people in your own country who have done amazing things.. they are role models.. not someone who can run a football or throw a basketball.

A lot of people forget that these "sports stars" are kids.. why would we think they will all be perfect because now they are famous and have money?.. sheesh.. IMO most of these people behave a hellova lot better than there peers.

If someone is violent or such.. sure, have a crack at them... but this ridiculous carry on blows me away... as if we havent ALL done something similar in our own lives.

Think atheletes (among other celebrities) should not be held to a higher standard because of being public figures? Then look no further than what happened to people such as Pete Rose and Michael Vick.

Im not sure of your point mate?.. not quite sure how this can be linked to what Vick did?

Tell me something.. did you never have a sip of alcohol before your 21st birthday? and be honest now ;).. lol

The point I am trying to make is that professional athletes have lost their careers because of the decisions they make; Quincy Carter is one example, and so are Michael Vick and Marion Jones. Chris Henry may be next. I am certain you know about what happened to Pete Rose and, in a MUCH earlier incident, "Shoeless" Joe Jackson. Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens may be joining Vick and Jones behind bars due to perjury.

And that's not the saddest part of all this; some of them have even lost their lives because of the decisions they made. One example of this is Lyle Alzado, who claimed all the way up to his final days that his steroid use contributed to the brain tumor that ultimately took his life. John Matuszak's untimely death is suspected to have been caused by a drug addiction catching up with him (which primarily included painkillers and narcotics, but was suspected to have been a steroid user, like Alzado).

Would you want YOUR kids looking up to people like this? Personally, I wouldn't.

As for whether or not I've had a sip of alcohol before my 21st birthday? As Drew Rosenhaus would say, NEXT QUESTION!

Well you are kinda making my point mate.. lol

As I said before.... my kids dont look up to sports people.. I made sure at an early age that they realised these were just "people" and were as falable as the next person... my kids role models are people like Nelson Mandela, Stephen Biko etc etc.

At the risk of offending someone.. I honestly think that having to be 21 to have a drink is very strange. You can die for your country but you cant have a drink?.. doesnt even compute with me.

I know you will say thats the "law" and should be abided by.. but I dont go by the theory that just because something is law it is right. Hell if we all thought that we would still be living under the fuedal system... there would never have been any revolutions and disgraceful laws that both your country and mine have had would still be in vogue.

Anywayyyy... Im getting a bit carried away here.. its a bloke in a hot tub with some babes.. the guy didnt belt someone for goodness sakes.
