With a stronger rushing game, we stand a chance at a balanced offense once again, and we have won every Superbowl Title in Franchise history with a balanced attack...not a pass heavy one!
Fn'A oldschool, We need a balanced attack - we cannot be predictable.

Even the Rams, w/ their pass-happy attack, could run the ball w/ Faulk.  Last year, we could not run the ball w/ any consistency, and couldn't gain yards to close out the game too many times.  Pats were passhappy and lost.  Balance it, baby.
OK, Ellis is a bit above average.

Our best days are ahead of us if  #1  We establish a good running game #2 the defense becomes even a little better and #3 no meltdowns in December

The Stars killed our 1st round playoff monkey. They shot him dead. The fried wings kept them from the 'ship, but it was so much more right being that close. I feel great about this next season (but who am I kidding? I always do). Cowboys over Chargers in the big one.

    Popcorn anyone?

Were we given our day in the Sun??? Do the cowboys have a legitimate chance to get back to the hosting of yet another first round bye in the playoffs, with the team we have now???

They say "defenses win super bowls" I say 'offenses put you in a place to win it'...

Well if my quote is right, then we have a very good chance to get back to the that very same spot. Defending our division title at home, simply waiting for our first opopponent. And this time the rockets will light up the night. And our children will mock being one of the players on the field. We will get up early and stay up late.

Because the offense has surely upgraded and only gets better with every practice, and the defense is still what it is. One of the best, if not the best in the league.

Don't forget, we now have DB's who are fast.  And Paccy is top 10 if his stripper obsession can take a back seat for a while.

I can't think of one team w/o  at least a decent defense that won a Super Bowl.  Even the Rams couldn't win it all until their defense was at least decent.

But, there are teams that have won Super Bowls w/o a good offense, the most obvious being the Ravens.  Their offense was terrible.

OK, Ellis is a bit above average.

but Dilfer would not make the mistakes that would cost his team the game. They never went back without him. Too bad for the Ravens, but could careless for them as the  other team.
