    The NFC North- Packers/Vikings

Who is better? The Vikings have a solid defense/running game but a pathetic QB (Tavaris Jackson) The Packers have that Aaron Rodgers guy who seemed good on NFLN vs. us but is still new and could choke. Which team will step up and take the NFC North?- these 2 teams are very possible playoff opponents next year. I say Minnesota wins at 10-6 or so, Rodgers/the Pack starts to slide and gets only 8-8. The Lions also take 8-8 and the Bears suck with 6-10.

Living in Jersey, Giants fans may say, "Why root for Dallas? Root for the hometown Giants!" To this, the proper response is: "I do root for the home team. I live in America, and I root for America's team!"

The Pack without Favre won't even compete. Have to go with the Vikings or rather Adrian Peterson to be the difference in the NFC North.

But don't forget that LOSER the Vikings have at QB...A poor passing game forces them to run the ball more, and by the end of last season their opponents caught on to that

Their passing game mostly sucked because of their poor receiving corps.  Tarvaris Jackson isn't very good, no, but he definitely is capable of throwing to receivers with separation.

Since they signed Bernard Berrian, a deep passing threat (to compliment Jackson's strong arm), along with the insane running duo of 28 and 29.  The Vikings have all the pieces.

    Didn't even mention their defense.

I think the Vikes will win the NFC North and the Pack will get one of the wild cards.

     Pack

If the Vikings get a QB I say Vikes...Jackson couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat. That is why Booty wanted to go there because he knows it is one of the few places he knew he could compete for a job immediately coming out of the draft where he did.

Rogers is good and if the receiver corp even remotely plays up to last years levels, everyone will see it. He looked pretty good against us when father time got knocked out.

He was mobile, and that usually gives our defense fits.  Watch him be pretty ineffective when teams begin to specifically gameplan against his weaknesses (because he is now the starter).
