Ok, so I don't buy or sell anything from outside the US borders. Too many delays and too many packages damaged. Pretty much the same with APO's. I don't buy anything from anyone under 100 positive feedbacks with anything less than about a 95% pos score. I don't buy from business' when a bid ends on the weekends. Don't hear anything until Monday. I'll shop around from a personal seller instead if it's a weekend.
but...my biggest pet peeve is not communicating with me. I friggen' hate that!!! I have bought and sold over 600 items and only have a couple of neg feedbacks (both were sellers getting back at me). Anyway, I just bought a nice gaming keyboard from a seller with over 17000 pos feedbacks. I haven't recieved any communication from them at all in about 5 business days. So I go back to the auction and guess what? Right there in they're auction it lists this, "Due to high volume of emails, we no longer respond to any emails." "Please call for inquires." I have purchased many items from power sellers with way more pos feedbacks than 17000 and they have been fast with communication. I will wait a couple of days and then I'll (god forbid) pick up the phone. I mean, come on, I'd rather type an email or send a text. Pick up the phone, geez what is this the 1990's?
I admit that I am a communication nerd when I sell anything. I have just never seen that. My keyboard will probably be here today but I just want to be loved by the seller a little bit...
