I have a Kodak EasyShare Z740, which my husband got for me with a photo-printer docking station for around $300.
I've had it for about 2 years now, and I love it! It is has a 5.36 megapixel resolution, 10x optical zoom, built-in flash, and LED viewer as well as the tradition kind. It can take still shots and video clips, which are stored on standard SD cards that makes transfer to PC a piece of cake. (But then so does having the docking station. LOL) And the camera runs on double-A batteries, which makes it very convenient for use during family vacation trips and such. I used it during a tour of Texas Stadium, and I plan to have it around my neck at this year's Thanksgiving day home game against Seattle.
(PS. After I showed my Dad the pictures and video of the Texas Stadium tour and last summer's vacation, he took his new Sony digital camera back and bought a Kodak camera like mine, only I think he bought the next grade up from the Z740. I can't recall the letter name of it, but his is black instead of silver and a bit better on the megapixel resolution.
