    I'm looking for a free site with head to head where you can set up 16 teams and 4 divisions.  Can someone help me out

    I'm not for sure about the divisions aspect but there are many free fantasy football sites out there that can hold 12-16 teams, I believe.  Try Yahoo, NFL, ESPN, CBS, or others.  You'll see more pop up when the season gets closer.  If I find anything I'll let you know.

    Finding one with the setups you want, might be a little be challenging though.
