Believe me, if there were any truth to that old wives tale I'd be using a seeing eye dog by now for sure!!

As it is I still have better than 20/20 vision, so I can say with confidence that there is absolutely no truth to that theory!  

I have been on them for 3 years. I still see as well as before........but I have to admit I don't see well at all!

Hey GrizzlyBear....I think if you read the part of my original post that shabazz highlighted you'll see that he wasn't talking about melatonin causing blindness, but something else entirely.
