I'd also like to see them do something on the WRs..........there will be lots of competition between Stanback, Miles, and the younger guys.

I would love for Hard Knocks to showcase Roy Williams, the guy is still the face of the Cowboys and he's one of the most recognizable players in the NFL. I think we'll see Hard Knocks focus alot on Tony Romo, he's got the Hollywood looks and he's got the Hollywood connection in Simpson. Other players I wouldn't mind seeing profiled, Sam Hurd, PMJ, Zach Thomas, Mike Jenkins or Dowayne Davis.

That is a good list throw in Stanbach and Carpenter

I would like to see Ware showcased!H3ll the whole LB core...I caught Wares' little interview about him gaining 10+ pounds in muscle.I've been posting since i got on this forum that next year he would become beastly!!!Apperently he thinks so also!!!I think were right and adding muscle so that you can mo' over the o-tackles and h-backs for sacks just supports my theory.N-e ways...The defense as a whole should be shown.I like our additions on offense but believe the additions on the defense will be more significant along with some emergences of certain players will change us from the bully on the block to running the city...I'm ready to shatter some defensive records this year!!!

THE MAN OF THE HOUR......see any similarities???

They should focus on Felix Jones and the young WRs, such as Stanback.

I think there will be an obvious focus on the WR's and CB's as well as Romo, Tank, and Williams.  I'ld really like to see them cover the LB's some as well.  We have a lot of guys there and I'm interested in their development.  I'm curious to see if Carpenter is going to get set in a position and be productive or live his life as a high drafted backup and special teams player.  Burnett has showed some skill as well and we know Spencer is going to be solid in the outside pass rush.  Will Walden be big enough to pressure the line or fast enough to cover in space?  Might be a couple seasons until we find that out.

He will always be a 1st round- backup! When I think of Carpenter, David LeFluer comes to mind.

    1. Tank Johnson 2. Marion Barber 3. Roy Williams

Marion Barber seems to shy away from the spotlight.  I wonder if he'd really want much camera time.

Why did you say that name?  I wonder if the ghost of draft busts past ever visits Ebeneezer Ekuban.

One thing is for certain, it is now or never for Carp as a Cowboy. I don't expect much, but WP has a shot at working a miracle with him. I guess we will see what happens.

I like the new guy approach, but I'd like to see some focus on our WR's, and CB's.

True Dat. The young WRs and the improved secondary

Re: Which Cowboys should Hard Knocks profile in training camp?

I believe they will focus on the team as a whole, but there will be episodes that focus on T.O., Adam Jones, Roy Williams, Terry Glenn, and the RBs as a whole asking if MB3 can do the job like it was done last year and if he can last. There will be episodes on Romo and why he chokes in playoffs and the defensive secondary that struggled at times last year. Mark my words there is enough time to cover the team and individual/position stories.

I am ready for some football.

I'd really rather see more about the young and lesser known guys.  I hope guys like Mike Jenkins and Tashard Choice get some face time.

I may be a homer but I do not think Romo "Choked " in the playoffs.  The entire team let us down to some extenty.
