Well sure, servers load slower under heavy usage. But explain to me why after our game vs the Giants and after the Superbowl the Giants forum didn't have this problem? It's definitely something that can be improved on.

Because the Giants forums suck in all aspects of the idea....software, people, conversations, rules.  Even Giants fans hate that site.  And their software is worse than this software ever was.  

Good things are coming though.

No, really, I appreciate everything you guys have done for us. I enjoy this Fan Zone and I'm sure everything Wolfy says is true on this issue. But the response struck me as funny and I had to comment on it as such. That's all. I mean no disrespect; I don't.

Well now I can say it looks like the huge changes are imminent and hopefully should happen within the next 2-3 weeks, definitely before the pre-season games start. Yeah I was trying to be diplomatic and polite without giving away more than I'm allowed to.

I have an extremely fast and stable connection, but all of last year during games and commercials the site (more specifically the forums) would be completely inaccessible. I believe this is the official forums so I know the Cowboys have the deniro to have the proper server. A lot of times I would come to check out the forum or post during commercials or a bad situation and lo and behold the website wouldn't load.

 

Any insight on if/will/has this happened? 

I have Verizon Fios, possibly the fastest available, and I have no problems with this site but the new site has major problems.  Some pages just will not display, while others are extremely slow to load and others pop up immediately.

Makes one wonder about the wisdom of fixing something, from a fan standpoint anyway, wasn't broken for 99% of us.

Yep I have Fios to 15MB speed and the new site is tons worse than this one was right now wait till training camp starts or a gameday.
