What a thug!!!!! Nobody should draft this guy or hie'll end up like Mike Vick!! Screw DMac. Two fights and he was handcuffed? I don't think he should deserve to play in the NFL. At the very least he should slide into the mid 20s of the first round because of this. Wink

I used to like surprises, then Jerry Jones came along.

Becareful going around calling people thugs because of fist fights........I mean i'm pretty sure there are more than a handful of guys on these boards that have been in their share of fights, and yes even hand cuffed.

Now I want to hear from all the mcfadden supporters out there who think we should swap everything away for this guy.  Especially after Mike Mayock said he wasn't even his top guy.

Especially since this is his third "altercation" since the beginning of his junior year.  I like Mayock's reasoning, though.  Weak legs, goes down easy with first contact.  Makes up my mind.  We don't need to replace Julius Jones with a JJ clone.

Page does not exist, must not have been bad or it was false?

This is the worst offseason since we had 0 1st round picks and took Quincy Carter in the 2nd round.

Who is going the top runningback we can get next year with the #26 pick in the draft?

Well looks like McFadden as off the field problems once again. Though I really do not see this dropping his stock all that much, he will still no doubt be a top 10 draft pick even if he does fall a bit from this altercation.

I found a couple of dead links when i googled looking for it. This one mentions it about 2/3 of the way down the article. Says he was handcuffed but this was from January

Pats are losing Samuels.  They will draft one of the top CBs

He will not fall far enough for the Cowboys to get him, no matter what he does or what anyone says.

Dan Marino famously fell to 27th in the draft because of, among other things, allegations of drug use (which can neither be proven true or false even to this day). Even little things like this can drop a top prospect's draft stock pretty substantially.

I can assure you that unlike the 83 draft, when Miami took advantage of Marino's falling draft stock and cashed in with the 27th overall pick (thus leading to allegations that Miami spread the drug use rumor on Marino as an act of pre-draft subterfuge), Miami will NOT use the 1st overall pick on McFadden, unless they somehow manage to get rid of Ricky Williams.
