Anyone catch the College Player Skills Competition yesterday?  I did.  It was pretty cool seeing the likes of Mendenhall, Mike Hart, Jamal Charles, and others competing in NFL Combine type challenges.

I have to admit, I was impressed with Mendenhall. 

The Jugs Machine drills are very telling.  Hart and Mendenhall did very well yesterday.  Mike Hart impressed me.

The thing is, you got to see their "personalities" a little bit.  Mike Hart is an "Up-Trip"; funny, talented, charasmatic if you will. 

Mike Hart's stock for me went way up.  Anybody catch it?

Moving to College football discussion.

Yes I saw and I felt sorry for those guys.  The QB's weren't that accurate.  Matt Ryan was supposed to be #1 and won the Johnny Unitas award and barely survived the moving targets.  Then their throws were horrible when they had to throw into a net, run through the obstacle course then throw on the run and hit the 20 point target.

Frecco (I think it was) did impress me.  He was accurate.  The rest I didn't get to see.

NOt one of them dropped that pass into that netted box Quickdraw.  The QB that won the competition was the 6'6" kid from Deleware, I forget the dude's name. 

Le'ts just say it like this:  I'm soooooo glad we have a QB that threw for 36 TD's.......minus Terry Glenn, mind you.  Lord, please give Romo some more Offensive Weaponry.  I am so leaning toward just drafting for Offensive "Want" this year.  What are you hearing Quickdraw, on that front, anything?????
