    Dolphins reach out to Keyshawn

Get rid of an old player (Booker) and replace with older player?  More "Parcells guys"

Dolphins VP of football operations Bill Parcells has reportedly reached out to current ESPN analyst Keyshawn Johnson.
The Tuna reportedly told Keyshawn that if he unretires, he'll have a spot on the Dolphins' roster. Parcells coached Johnson with the Jets from 1997-99 and later in Dallas from 2004-05. The two worked together at ESPN in 2007.

This is the worst offseason since we had 0 1st round picks and took Quincy Carter in the 2nd round.

Who is going the top runningback we can get next year with the #26 pick in the draft?

This is not surprising. Typical Parcells move, to recrute former players for his team. Next he will prorbably recrute Bledsoe to be his QB.

Now that would be funny, BP, Bledsoe and Meshawn together again.   My Lord!!!!

Then if we play Miami we can put Spears on him.  Little bit of a mismatch as I think Spears is faster.

YEP.  The people who are lauding BP are forgetting the large number of old players he signed that got hurt, which older players tend to do in the NFL.  Wasted roster spots.

OK, Ellis is a bit above average.

I believe that Keyshawn actually will end up there. As for Bledsoe, thats funny....do you realize how much he would get hit if he were behind that O-line? lol....

I have to give Parcells credit for helping the Cowboys build from 5-11 to where they were this past season, but I do find it funny that he reaches out to old players often.  Watch them go 9-7 for three consecutive years...that would be impressive from where they were this past year.

If he comes out of retirement, at least we won't have to listen to him talk on BSPN anymore.  He's one of the worst analysts they have.

New season, new players, new result!

I was thinking that the whole time, that Parcells would try and get Keyshawn and Bledsoe to play for the Dolphins. (IDK about the Bledsoe part yet though)

I give Parcells credit for getting us to the playoffs twice and losing both games. If you're giving Parcells credit for us being 13-3, then I'm giving Dave Campo credit for Parcells going 10-6 in 2003. I have this feeling that the only reason he wants to be a GM, is so he can run the entire show, looks like the same old Parcells.

I think meshawn will be like a 50/50 to come back. Bledsoe not so much, he made it pretty clear after last season his heart wasnt in football for a long time and how happy he was to be out of it

and yah that o-line, horrible pass blocking. pretty productive in the run block tho. Any pocket QB would have nightmares... or in trent greens case.. concussions

Bledsoe? Get real people. Why go after Bledsoe when there's a perfectly good Chris Simms available? Throw in Bobby Carpenter and Lawrence Taylor's soon to be discovered ill-lagitimate son, and you have a championship in the making.

Typical Parcells. I dont know why Parcells is so high on this guy. He's a one trick pony and its not much of a trick. He WAS a good possession receiver. His speed at this age probably wont even allow him to do that anymore.
